The EAAMO'22 conference is held at Van Metre Hall, at George Mason University’s Mason Square (formerly the Arlington Campus, more details below). EAAMO'22 will also have a virtual participation option through the Hopin platform (details about accessing the virtual platform can be found on our website).

To Mason Square (formerly Arlington Campus) (3351 North Fairfax Dr., Arlington) by Metro: Take the Orange Line to the Virginia Square/GMU station. The Arlington Campus is approximately 2 blocks Take the escalator to the street level, and turn to face Fairfax Drive. Across the street and to the right, you will see the FDIC building. Cross the street and continue past the FDIC building. Mason Square (formerly Arlington Campus) is on the left.
Paid visitor parking is available in the Van Metre Hall Garage, accessible via Founders Way North.
The conference does not have a reserved hotel room block.
In attending the ACM EAAMO'22 conference, participants abide by ACM’s Policy Against Harassment at ACM Activities and the ACM Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and agree that behavior which deviates from these guidelines will constitute grounds for actions against any attendee. If you are involved in or witness any such incident, please submit a complaint to the organizing team. We encourage all submitters to also complete a confidential complaint to ACM.
Given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage all of our participants to practice safety when attending in-person events. We encourage all participants to wear masks, particularly indoors. Our in-person conference venue does not require any specific documentation nor does it require mask usage for accessing the venue. Please respect your fellow participants' preferences regarding wearing masks. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain for joining in-person activities for everyone’s safety. If you can no longer present in-person, please contact our Program Chairs (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will arrange for a virtual presentation instead.
